Farmers Insurance Group CEO Paul N. Hopkins to District Manager Paul Drockton - Don't talk to agents, staff and employess about these issues

After President's Council Farmers Insurance District Manager Paul Drockton notifies CEO Paul Hopkins about alleged Mormon discrimination, "Sexual Harassment" and "Religious Persecution" involving Farmers Agents, Hopkins replies "now do NOTHING regarding this issue..." and "you must continue to discharge your responsibities as business as usual without any discussions with agts., staff, and/or employess regarding these issues...". Hopkins continues, "I have some extremely serious issues to deal with tomorrow which must take priority so I will have to discuss with you next week". Priority?! Next week? Multiple Farmers Insurance Agents are alleging religious descrimination, what could be more pressing? Tee time? A cigar smoking soiree? This from the current Chief Executive Officer of Farmers Insurance, the third largest insurance company in the USA. Farmers Insurance Agents are the very reason Paul Hopkins has a platform to stand on (or sit on in his case) and this is how he treats them? If you are insured by Farmers Insurance and you file a claim, what kind of quick service do you think you will get with someone like Hopkins in charge? Will the adjuster also say, "I will have to discuss with you next week" while you are sitting on the curb in front of your flooded house or in front of your totaled SUV? CEO Paul Hopkins vs. Matt
On that note, I saw this great video of a guy (Matt of WhereTheHellIsMatt.com) who traveled around the world and video taped himself dancing every where he went. I think Hopkins who doesn't have his priorities strait should do the same. He doesn't do the agents or customers any good anyway. Instead of supporting his agents and employees, he's off doing his own dancing. Instead of dancing in his video maybe Hopkins should be "teeing off" or smoking a cigar. :-) Enjoy the video.
