Re: Your letter dated 07/13/2005 and claim number 1004127160

Dear Mr. Lapine:

Enclosed is a copy of the letter Steven Gravlee, Attorney at Law, sent to your Chris Clayton on 07/27/2004. Mr. Gravlee states in this letter that he had called Mr. Clayton. Mr. Gravlee told me that he had called Mr. Clayton numerous times and left him voice mails. It is just amazing that Mr. Clayton never received this letter or any of the numerous voice mails. Maybe you need to report these problems to Mr. Clayton’s Postmaster and phone service. Mr. Gravlee is no longer involved in this matter.

After checking the tremendous amount of complaints on the Internet against Farmers, I see that I am not alone. With the massive amount of complaints against Farmers, numerous ones similar to mine, I believe it is time for the U. S. Government to get involved. I am not only writing my two U. S. Senators but all One Hundred. I am also sending them copies of complaints on the Internet and directing them to other key sites such as several sites about two former Farmers’ employees, Robert Dietz and Christy Klein. I am also contacting people on the Internet that have complaints against Framers and asking them to contact their U. S. Senators.

My mother and I are members of AARP. Both of us, along with several other members we know, are sending AARP the same information and asking AARP to check with their members, via their National magazine, if other Senior Citizens have complaints against Farmers.

By the way, you also owe for the items damaged in the trunk and the towing from the crash site to Oneonta. I know there is a two year statute of limitations!

Sincerely,

William R. Horn
